About

Sometimes life can become overwhelming and you can feel as though you have no where to turn. When going through those times, one of the hardest things you can do is ask for help but it is also one of the bravest things you can do. Congratulations on taking that first step! Seeking out a therapist suggests you have a desire to change. I offer a safe and supportive environment that can facilitate those changes.

Throughout my career I have worked with individuals and families dealing with various issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, parenting, women's issues, domestic violence, life transitions and trauma. I have helped people develop and implement healthy, effective copings skills that have led them to become stronger, happier more resilient individuals.

I also offer culturally competent supervision for LSWs and LACs working toward the clinical licensure.
