Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I believe a therapist's job should be considered complete once their client no longer needs them. That statement has been my cornerstone as I developed a multi-dynamic approach utilizing consistency, empathy, and transparent communication to assist my clients in building resilience, develop effective coping mechanisms, and navigate the challenges of mental health. I work with children, teens and adults struggling with a variety of mental health disorders and the curve balls life throws at them including ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Divorce, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, and more. The therapeutic approaches I tend to incorporate most often include CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), REBT (Relational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Relational Therapy but I tailor my approach to each individual client's goals. Seeking help can be a difficult choice for anyone to make. I am here to help you travel along your journey to a happier, healthier self. I believe in everyone finding the best therapist for their unique needs, so don't hesitate to contact me for a free consultation.
