I believe healthy relationships are imperative to growth, change, and healing. I work to facilitate a space where clients can be their authentic and vulnerable selves. I place the therapeutic relationship first, and as rapport is built I work with clients to process attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, and relational patterns. I use an interpersonal and psychodynamic approach which emphasizes creating new relational patterns while gaining self-awareness of how the past can influence the present. I also have training in trauma, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, play therapy, and Emotion Focused Couples therapy. Starting the process of change can be overwhelming. I work to ensure clients feel comfortable and safe during the therapeutic process. It would be my pleasure to be a part of your healing journey.
