I provide services to teenagers, adults and families and have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I approach therapy from an integrative theory of psychotherapy, blending different approaches and modifying treatment based upon your unique needs. I believe that therapy is a collaboration where we examine your concerns with curiosity and without judgment. I work with people who are seeking to improve their relationships with others, searching to heal old wounds, or struggle with depression, anxiety, or trauma. I also work with children and teenagers who struggle with their emotions and behaviors. I am an experienced, trauma-informed psychotherapist. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in Counseling & Counselor Education at the University of Rochester. I'm passionate about my work and if you are looking for a safe and affirming space to explore destructive patterns of thinking and behaving, I welcome the opportunity to meet with you.
