About

Are you having difficulty navigating changes in life? Do problem patterns consistently get in the way of your personal progress and/or negatively impact your relationships? Do you feel stuck? Client-centered in my approach, I specialize in supporting adults, couples, and families as they journey through life's diverse transitions and connect to their authentic selves. My areas of focus include coping with life-adjustments, anxiety, stress/burnout, relationships, and teen parenting challenges. It is my goal to create a supportive space where together we can identify issues, explore their origins, and begin to affect healthy change.

Drawing from a strong clinical background in mindfulness practices coupled with diverse theoretical frameworks and evidenced based modalities, my approach is collaborative. Understanding your unique challenges, strengths and goals for therapy is my priority. Together we'll "slow things down," allowing for increased reflection, discovery, and growth.

Contemplating therapy is a courageous step towards positive change. A firm believer that life is a journey not a destination – it’s a true privilege to support clients as they create their own unique paths towards increased self-awareness, empowerment, and growth.
