About

“We all have a past. We have all made choices that maybe weren’t the best ones. None of us are completely innocent, but we all get a fresh start everyday to a be a better person than we were yesterday.” Life’s challenges are an opportunity for growth! I believe therapy has the capacity to provide insight into ourselves, help us understand who we are and why, and increase awareness and authenticity.

I have experience assisting clients with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, chronic and terminal medical conditions. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, as one size does not fit all. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, with an emphasis on compassion and empathy. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel stronger in the face of challenges, adjust behaviors that are holding you back, and heal pains from the past. I look forward to meeting you and am honored to be a part of your journey. Virtual and in person appointments available.
