I'm Katy Davis at Ensō Mental Health, and I have over 20 years of social work experience. Throughout the years I have gained expertise in working with older adults, hospice, grief, child welfare, long-term care, acute care, individual counseling, couple’s counseling and group counseling services. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples, and I have been a licensed therapist in the Black Hills for the last 3 1/2 years. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities combining Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Sexual Wellness Therapy, and EMDR. I believe it is an honor and a privilege to be allowed to work with people in a therapeutic relationship.
