About

Accepting new clients! I hope to provide a safe space that allows you to reach your therapy goals with me, finding more harmony and positive connection in your life and in your family’s home. I enjoy working with children and families navigating food allergies in their own lives or in their families, dealing with concerns around adjustment during life transitions and developmental milestones, emotional expression, self-regulation, anxiety, and social skills, and parenting. I see children (4+), teens, adults, couples, and families. View 3 Photos

I take a strengths-based and solution-oriented approach when working with clients. I also enjoy utilizing play and creative expression in therapy, particularly with children. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also have special training working with families navigating food allergies.

I hope to provide a safe space where people can feel vulnerable and open, helping to foster healing and growth. It is important that the therapeutic space is collaborative, and people feel empowered and feel that they can achieve and meet their own goals. Feel free to email or send me a message to schedule an initial intake appointment!
