I have a passion for working with all clients towards living a more authentic, enjoyable life. I believe that each person has a unique experience and therapy must be customized to meet those individualized needs. I work to create and hold a safe space for my clients that is non-judgmental, hopeful and encouraging. In taking a client-centered approach, I believe that vulnerabilities can be explored, strengths and resilience can be identified and meaningful change can happen. Even in the smallest change, true healing can begin. I integrate the use of mind, body and spirit to provide a strength-based, systemically (relational) focused approach in working with individuals, couples and families. I have experience in working with a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship discord, trauma and chronic pain. I love working with couples and have received specialized training in couple's work, including Gottman level 2 and Prepare/Enrich certification. Additionally, I am EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have certification in Sand Tray therapy, effective therapeutic methods for processing grief and trauma.
