Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Sometimes the issues we are facing in our lives can feel too difficult to handle on our own so reaching out for extra support and guidance can be the next best step. If you work with me, you’ll experience a calm, warm and open-minded listener. I will assist you in becoming more clear on what your goals may be and ways you can reach your goals. I specialize in working with individuals who may be struggling with or looking for support in their relationship to food and/or body. I enjoy working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma symptoms, as well as neurodivergent individuals. I am a humanistic and relational therapist meaning that it is important to me that we build a safe, trusting relationship where you can explore life's challenges. I provide trauma-aware and healing centered care. I therapeutically support folks with the use of evidence-based modalities such as: CBT, DBT, ACT, Polyvagal theory, and Somatic healing modalities. I center your unique experiences and strengths in order to best support you. Together, we will explore your feelings in a safe place to begin and continue the journey of your healing process.
