About

We all deserve to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Life is like a story, filled with triumphs, hardships, love, and pain. Often, we internalize narratives about our experiences that limit our potential and prevent us from living authentically. As a therapist, I help clients deconstruct these limiting stories and build new ones that align with their true identity and goals. I believe that we are not defined by our problems, and that within each of us lies the strength and resilience to create meaningful change

I specialize in maternal mental health with training from Postpartum Support International and couples therapy, having completed Gottman Method Levels I and II. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student, working to further my clinical, research, and educational goals as a therapist.

As a therapist, I will honor your experiences and goals for therapy. Together, we’ll explore past and present challenges, identify areas for growth, and develop coping strategies while increasing insight and understanding. To learn more or schedule an appointment, please email or call today.
