Sometimes we find ourselves going through the motions, not truly engaging with all that life has to offer. Many of us struggle to embrace who we are, or feel unsure of what we want our lives to mean. We may have endured painful experiences that make it difficult to enjoy our life presently. Many of my clients are folks experiencing grief, anxiety, folks who are exploring and embracing aspects of identity, adult children of alcoholics, and folks navigating recovery. As a client-centered therapist, I take a non-directive approach which empowers you to use your voice and cultivate connection to a deep sense of inner-knowing. I utilize ACT to help clients gain clarity around their core values and live authentically. I often incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection. Despite all you've had to endure and any limiting belief you hold, healing is possible. We'll work collaboratively to promote self-trust and support wellness of the mind and body. I look forward to supporting you along the way and being a witness to your transformation.
