Hello! I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you towards your personal goals. I have 19 years of experience working with children, teens, and their families and it is my privilege to walk alongside clients as we navigate challenges together. I believe in the healing power of relationships and I work to make connections with clients to ensure they feel safe, heard, and cared for. I often encounter clients struggling with the effects of ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and social isolation. I primarily use a person-centered approach with the understanding that at times actionable steps are necessary for growth. With younger children, I incorporate child-centered play therapy in keeping with their developmental needs. Whatever struggle you are facing, I commit to working collaboratively and intentionally toward wellness. I am here to serve you. I see clients through Full Life Counseling and Recovery in the evenings as I also work as a school counselor during the typical work hours. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
