Being a human in the 21st century, can often feel stressful and overwhelming. Often due to stress and overwhelm we can feel stuck, anxious and burnt out. I work with adults to identify the areas in their lives that they feel aren't working. Through looking at those areas in a non-judgmental, self-compassionate framework we can identify ways to support yourself on deeper level to create a life that feels authentic, nourishing and supportive to you. My approach is simple: We are all adults trying the best we can with the skills and awareness we have. Together we will look at where you are and where you would like to be in your relationships to others and the relationship to yourself. My work with you will use Mindful based therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy and a Nature-based approach. My passion is working with individuals in life transitions, the sandwich generation, grief, overwhelm, self-improvement, relationship support and anxiety.
