Let me help you build a life that is unlimited by OCD. I offer treatment proven to be effective for adults with for OCD. I do teletherapy exclusively, and I am licensed in both for adults in Connecticut and Florida. Currently, my caseload is almost entirely comprised of working with individuals with OCD. I am trained in multiple approaches that have been shown by research to be effective in treating OCD. I specialize in Inference based CBT, a newer treatment for OCD that does not involve exposures. I also offer Exposure Response Prevention. My goal is to find the treatment approach that best resonates with you and your needs. If you are a therapist and you are interested in learning more about how to use Inference-based CBT, I am also a trainer and consultant in this approach.
