About

My work with clients focuses on building healthy relationships. I work with couples who are finding themselves stuck in a recurring conflict, struggling to move past a betrayal, or are generally feeling disconnected, premarital couples interested in setting themselves up for success long-term, and individuals who are struggling with maintaining healthy connections, often related to issues with self-esteem, tough inner-critics, or co-dependent tendencies. I believe that in order to thrive in relation to others we must first feel connected to ourselves.

My approach involves empowering clients to build self-compassion and awareness of the roots of their emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns with the ultimate goal of transforming challenges into pathways for growth. I strive to meet you where you are to help uncover the tools that will work best within the context of your own unique journey.

I know starting therapy can be challenging and finding the right therapist is key. To ensure you feel supported and informed, I encourage you to reach out for a complimentary introduction call as you are exploring your options.
