About

Every path toward healing begins with the first step - I am honored to walk alongside you. I help people through: anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, body image, burnout & chronic stress, relationship stressors, and perfectionism. My approach is warm, collaborative, authentic, and non-pathologizing; I see you as a WHOLE person, not simply a diagnosis. You are the expert of your experience, and my role as your therapist is to help you tap into your inner wisdom, develop skills, create meaning and purpose, and empower you to cultivate your favorite self. Our sessions are a safe space for women, POC & the LGBTQ+ community.

Our work is directed by your goals and needs, but remains flexible to flow with different seasons of life. Sometimes we will dive deep into longstanding patterns and past issues - and others we will process your current stressors and focus on & skill-building. I trust that everything connects, and your overall wellness is our biggest point of focus.

It takes courage to start therapy - you're here for a reason. Whatever brings you here, know that you matter and you are worthy of healing. If you're ready to talk, and it sounds like we’d be a good fit, please reach out for a free phone consultation. I'm happy to answer any questions you have, and begin to get to know you.
