She provides a trauma-informed and non-judgmental space to explore what is most meaningful and important to them. It can be scary, uncomfortable, and difficult to do this work in therapy and Katie strongly believes that this kind of work can provide opportunity for personal growth, more meaningful relationships, and skills to cope with stress.
