I work with individuals facing a range of challenges including anxiety, life transitions, managing challenging family relationships, and developing healthy boundaries, to name a few. We work together to uncover patterns and behaviors that leave you feeling stuck and find the moments when unkind thoughts and beliefs have taken the place of self-compassion. With a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, I collaborate with clients to develop strategies to manage overwhelming emotions and deepen understanding of the self. I work within a range of modalities depending on what best suits the individual and have years of experience in the mental health field helping individuals grow and thrive.
