When mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, or trauma arise, we can become consumed by painful thoughts and emotions. We might feel misunderstood, different, and too scared to share what we're experiencing for fear of judgment—even from those closest to us. As isolation deepens, these emotions grow stronger, making it harder to seek help. We may pull away from activities that once brought joy, feeling stuck and hopeless, and begin to wonder if there’s something "wrong" with us, searching for a way to “fix” what's happening inside. I specialize in working with adults and teens (14+) from all backgrounds struggling with depression, anxiety (including postpartum depression and anxiety), and trauma, as well as parents who want help with the stressors of modern-day parenting. As a therapist, my priority is to help you break free from pain and disconnection. Together, we’ll work on building a life that aligns with what matters most to you. You'll learn to approach difficult thoughts and feelings with compassion, allowing space for joy, genuine connections, and building a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
