About

As a therapist, I am a compassionate witness to your story, helping you to heal, grow and thrive. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can embark on a transformative journey towards empowerment, resilience and wholeness. I hold a deep belief in the inherent resilience of the human spirit and its capacity to heal from even the most challenging experiences. Whether you're facing past traumas, anxiety, life stressors, or any other emotional difficulties, I am here to guide you towards healing and recovery using various trauma-informed modalities.

I utilize a strengths-based, culturally sensitive approach to support my clients. I am certified in both Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic experiencing into our work together.

What drives me every day is seeing the light in my client’s eyes when they realize their inner strength. It’s truly an honor to be a witness to my client’s stories and help them establish peace and joy in their lives. I invite you to take the first step towards healing and growth. Together, we can navigate the path to a brighter and more resilient you.
