I am a clinical and developmental psychologist with over 35 years experience. I currently have limited availability for 1) caregivers seeking parenting support; 2) people anticipating or during pregnancy, adoption, fostering or otherwise transitioning to parenthood and early parenting; and, 3) for consultation and supervision for professionals and students. Our work will be grounded in child development research, infant-parent and lifespan attachment (attachment theory) and interpersonal neurobiology emphasizing regulation. Parents will find that through realizing, connecting with and acknowledging their own feelings, their children's big feelings (and theirs) will become more manageable for child and caregiver You will find a respectful space to reflect and explore yourself, your child and your relationships. Relief will come as we collaborate in understanding your child and your feelings and needs in parenting. Those chaotic times of struggle and mutual dysregulation can turn to moments of regulating together, of connection, growth and opportunity.
