We are surrounded by feedback, sometimes even dependent on it. Everyone has an opinion for us. Perhaps you have become so accustomed to the sounds of other voices speaking into your life that you aren’t even sure what your own voice sounds like anymore. Finding a place where you can be truly heard, without the pressure of taking on someone else’s “should” for your life, can be a struggle. As your therapist, I offer you this place. In our sessions, you will have the chance to find your own voice.
