About

I believe that all clients have strengths and have the ability to navigate through life's challenges. I view my role as a therapist as a guide to help clients find additional coping skills, resources, and new insights/understandings. My professional interests include working with clients who have experienced trauma, multicultural counseling, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, Adjustment Disorders, and working with clients who engage in Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI).

I have worked as a school counselor with children and adolescents since 2019 and I enjoy working with adults as well! I welcome clients of all ages!

I feel grateful when clients allow me to hear parts of their story. I take away something and learn something new from each session. I look forward to getting to know you and being a small piece of your journey!
