About

Hello! I focus on creating an empowering, person-first and solution focused space for clients. I have worked with children, teens, adults, caregivers and families. My previous experience includes community mental health and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). The focal points of therapy with individuals include life transitions, solution-focused therapy/goal-setting and individuals experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms.

I utilize components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach to empowerment includes fostering positive self-image to work towards identifying your strengths, building resiliency and building confidence.

I focus on collaborative and creative ways to conduct therapy, which might look different than traditional talk therapy. I have incorporated therapeutic games, puzzles and art to address needs and achieve goals in a personalized way to address individual needs.
