About

Have you felt an impasse and wondered why you fall back into the same old habits? Is your life without joy, or do you miss the connection with your friends or loved ones that you once had or would want to build? Do you want to discover what you really want out of life? Are you a therapist or health professional with constraints about whom you can contact for psychotherapy for fear of potential dual relationships or conflicts of interest? Are you an immigrant or refugee to the United States? Weekly analytical psychotherapy and Jungian analysis can help you make meaningful changes and create the necessary inner space for growth.

I immigrated from Germany in my late twenties and trained as a clinical psychologist and Jungian Analyst in the United States. I was a professor for 20 years at Eastern Virginia Medical School, teaching, supervising, and seeing patients. I now am in private practice and specialize in analytical psychotherapy and Jungian analysis and supervision.

Feeling at an impasse, relocating, or being a health care provider are difficult for most of us! Analytical psychotherapy provides the meaningful support necessary toward making changes and personal growth. Together, we discover the life you are meant to fully enjoy in our weekly conversation, and the symbolic exploration of your dreams and fantasies.
