Each of us experiences periods of adjustment in our lives - emotional problems, parenting difficulties, marriage challenges, grief, loss and trauma. During these times it's good to have a professional to help you meet these challenges. I have specialized experience in adoption issues and trauma. I use a variety of techniques including play therapy and solution focused treatment to assist clients in meeting their goals for their lives. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all ages to heal and grow.
