Welcome, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based out of Florida. I've been helping people like you for the past 5 years. No matter where you are at in your therapeutic journey, I am here to help. I have been seeing people with addictions, anxiety, depression, and ADHD for years. I'm looking forward to working with you! You have taken the first step to becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself, and while that may be a bit scary you have the power within you to do this. Together you and I will work on creating a treatment plan that works for you and over the next few months we will work towards tackling each of your goals. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that will allow you to tackle your obstacles and concerns. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
