ACCEPTING that we sometimes need help with life's challenges can be both difficult and overwhelming. My goal is to make GETTING that help easy by creating a safe, non-judgmental counseling environment. My counseling approach is supportive and empathic, while emphasizing self-awareness, empowerment and the ability to change. My counseling orientation, while always tailored to each individual or couple, is based in humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and family systems theory. I specialize in both individual and couples therapy.In addition to providing counseling services, as an Approved Clinical Supervisor, I also supervise counselors-in-training working toward their licensure.
