Come as you are. That was the inspiration behind my choice to become a therapist. In Fairfield County, where the implicit massage is that life is a competition and any weakness is a sign of failure, my office is a place for women, young and older, to have an authentic dialogue without any fear of judgment. You are safe to be vulnerable, scared, and open about your depression, anxiety, and the state of your relationships. We will process as a team and make growth that you are proud of with the goal of a more peaceful, confident, meaningful, and joyful life. For over a decade, I have worked with high school and college students and adult women on a range of issues. I see many people facing the quarter life crisis that often follows college and graduate school. I also work with women looking to improve their marriages and family life, or who are preparing for an empty nest. I’m grateful everyday for the privilege of working with my clients who so graciously and eagerly open their lives to me so that we can make change together. Learning, growth, and healing in the ways that are very specific and meaningful to you is always the goal.
