About

What inspires you? What scares you?  What do you most often shout from the rooftops?  What do you sometimes try to avoid thinking or feeling? I provide supportive and challenging psychotherapy for clients interested in identifying their complex narratives.  We will search for the patterns and themes that are creating barriers to healing and will locate those that enhance your ability to live authentically.  My social worker lens leads me to work with you to name and examine the societal systems most impacting you.

In psychotherapy, we will work to help discover your truths as a way to live more authentically, and, as a result, feel less burdened by anxiety, depression, fear, or uncertainty.  I practice with a non-judgmental stance, deep compassion, and reverence for patiently letting our work unfold as trust develops.

My social justice values are reflected in the therapeutic space that we co-create as I work to validate intersecting identities, continue my commitment to anti-racist and anti-Zionist work, and to practice queer-affirming care. I work comfortably with a wide range of clients due to my experience in schools, community mental health, and a group facilitator.
