Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Taking the time to learn more about your self and look at your own personal struggles is the first, and often times, most difficult step in the healing process. I believe that therapy can offer a space for one to process issues in relationships, careers, and general life changes in depth with more clarity and potential guidance. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping them identify their values while also assisting them in exploring how their experiences may have impacted them more than they recognize and how to move forward with it. For almost 5 years now, I have worked as a mental health therapist for adults of various ages and backgrounds. With time and training, I have developed the skills necessary to work with individuals to assist with issues such as, addiction, relationship challenges, low self esteem, career changes, grief and loss, and general life transitions. It would be a privilege to work with you and please feel free to reach out to me via phone or messaging if you think we would be a good fit. Also, let me know if you have any interest in attending groups for support. I am looking to develop a relationship and/or chronic illness support group coming soon.
