I help others re-write the stories they wish they were living. Life throws challenges to everyone at times. Feeling restless, confused, anxious, or worried are feelings no one should have to manage alone. Through the context of a safe and committed relationship, with over 20 years of experience, I consider it an honor to work with each person who walks through my door. My areas of expertise include, (but are not limited to) anxiety, identity, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I can offer both EMDR and Spiritual Direction through the process however we both see helpful. I love working with people who are curious and want to dig deep, especially as they notice their current life and thought patterns not working anymore. I know it is not easy to reach out to a stranger, but sometimes it ends up being the first step to being on the path you need.
