About

I specialize in women’s issues, eating disorders, and adolescents / children. I hold both a Bachelor and Masters of Arts degrees in Psychology as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and have over 15 years of experience helping young adults and children struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life-transition challenges, and self-confidence. My therapeutic goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space, assisting my clients in realizing their potential for positive change, helping them find more effective ways to cope, and maneuver through life to meet their therapeutic goals.

I believe in continual growth, harnessing your strengths and identifying your abilities to assist you in moving toward optimal wellness.

I use a person-centered and collaborative approach, providing clients the opportunity to identify their challenges and goals. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is of great importance, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you to lead to a more fulfilling life.
