Have you ever felt overwhelmed by sadness, worries, or stress? Even to the point that it affects you physically (racing heart rate, shortness of breath or restlessness)? Or you feel so sad that you find yourself crying often, have difficulties getting out of bed, or struggle to find enjoyment in life? Maybe it stems from relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss of a loved one, or difficulties with work/life balance and you want to make a change.

Therapy can help process these struggles. I am here to work with you to help you feel better and find healthier ways to cope. Most importantly, I want to create a safe and supportive space to build a trusting relationship with you so you feel free to share yourself as you are without any judgements.
