About

Are you finding yourself stuck in relationships that feel confusing, one-sided, or just plain hard? Maybe you worry about pushing people away or feel anxious about being “too much” or “not enough” in love, friendships, or family dynamics. If you’re tired of feeling misunderstood or stuck in cycles of insecurity and doubt, I am here for you. I specialize in helping young adults navigate the challenges that come with attachment and relationship struggles. I focus on supporting people in their 20s and 30s as they work through issues like attachment patterns, boundaries, and the self-doubt that can creep into important relationships.

My goal is to create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can be open and explore what’s behind the relationship patterns you want to break. I’ll bring practical tools and a deep understanding of how relationships work so that you can start making choices that reflect who you truly are and what you truly need. Therapy with me is collaborative.

So, if you’re wrestling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or just the craziness of life in general (especially if you’re part of a marginalized group), know this: you are not alone. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and I’m here to offer all the compassion and expertise you need. Ready to start this journey of healing and self-discovery?
