About

Today's pressures can feel uniquely overwhelming for teens and young adults. When clients first come to see me, they're often juggling intense academic demands, competitive internships, social media pressure, and constant connectivity – all while trying to figure out who they really are beneath the carefully curated Instagram posts and LinkedIn updates. Before therapy, many of my clients are racked by anxiety, scrolling through social media, comparing their behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlights. Or they feel trapped in a cycle of academic perfectionism, where even a 95% feels like failure.

Like my clients, your teen deserves to feel authentic and grounded, not just "successful" on paper. Imagine your child being able to set boundaries without feeling anxious about missing out, making decisions based on what genuinely matters to them— not just what looks good on their resume.

Imagine your teen enjoying free time without guilt about what they "should" be doing. If they're ready to move beyond the exhausting cycle of high achievement and self-doubt, I'd love to help them build a life that feels successful and sustainable. Let's work together to turn down the volume on anxiety and pressures and amplify their authentic voice.
