About

Life can be messy, scary, and uncertain for all of us. It’s OK to struggle, make mistakes, get scared, and feel lost. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just not feeling like yourself lately, I’m here to help you face life’s challenges confidently. Therapy isn’t “one size fits all”, so I use a variety of approaches to meet the needs of each individual client or family. My goal is to empower you or your family to move through whatever is in your way!

I see children, teens, adults, and families that are coping with Eating Disorders, Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and OCD. I know the toll that mental health can take. I enjoy working with people on addressing the root of their problem, learning to set boundaries with others, and taking better care of themselves through increasing self compassion and self awareness.

Confronting our problems can feel overwhelming. I know that getting started is often the hardest part. I congratulate you in taking the first step! In therapy, I can offer you a safe space to share your thoughts without judgment, the opportunity to discover new ways of thinking, and the ability to grow. Join me and together we can make lasting changes!
