I work with those who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, people-pleasing, anger, or other struggles brought on by events in their lives. Empowering clients by helping them to explore narratives and the patterns that continue to repeat in unhealthy ways, I offer a compassionate space for clients to explore and overcome these obstacles. I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore challenges, helping clients to break free from unhelpful cycles while they develop healthier patterns.
