About

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing issues relating to sexuality, gender identity, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a counselor, I enjoy working with clients who are seeking growth and healing and want to have more satisfying connections in their lives, as well as clients who are willing to put in the work to achieve these goals.

I currently utilize Person-Centered techniques and a Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) approach. I believe my relationship with my client is the most important factor in supporting positive change in clients’ lives; by using our own relationship as an example/model. Clients will learn how to foster real connection in and outside the counseling relationships.

We all have our own unique paths to healing. Personal growth and progress toward our goals look different for everyone. There is no one “right” way to live and seek fulfillment. It is my goal to meet clients and empower them to forge their own path. I believe we all have the capacity to care for ourselves and for others in a way that fosters healing.
