About

Are you dealing with life transitions and trying to find yourself? Are you trying to break the cycle and begin the process of learning to be vulnerable and self-reflect? Are you committed to “showing up”? You may have difficulty finding independence in your unhealthy family dynamics and are working on finding a sense of self outside your relationships. You have dealt with anxiety and negative thoughts and no longer want these issues to hold you back. View 7 Photos

I would affirm the client and build rapport. I use psychoeducation to help clients understand the ways in which their family dynamics have shaped the way they build relationships. I use a CBT approach to aid in dealing with anxious thoughts. I also aid in identifying practical goals towards independence and future planning.

Our mental health affects all parts of our lives, from our eating and sleeping habits to our closest relationships & ability to find joy. You deserve to feel better. You deserve a space to be vulnerable, feel your feelings, and be truly heard. I hope to help you find what you are looking for & be more able to be you.
