From a young age, my passion has been simple: people. As a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, I enjoy combining my passion and skill set to provide virtual therapeutic services to clients throughout Kansas. Through my experiences in settings such as schools, community mental health, and non-profits, I have developed the tools necessary to meet clients where they are in their own, individual journeys and uncover their unique traits necessary to navigate individual circumstances. I am excited to serve clients ages 18 and up coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, and betrayal trauma. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help empower my clients to utilize their innate strengths. As a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) through IITAP, I am particularly passionate about working with betrayed partners after discovering infidelity or compulsive sexual behaviors. I approach the healing journey from a trauma-informed lense to help restore a sense of dignity and self to betrayed partners.
