About

I work with individuals and couples offering existential therapy to help you to live more fully and find new ways to face your predicaments, paradoxes and conflicts. Together we can explore your life and relationships to discover ways in which you can live more authentically, in alignment with your values. I trained and worked in England before moving to Boulder in 2010. I have over 20 years experience as a therapist; I bring that with me as I meet each new individual or couple. I will help you describe, clarify and unravel your relationship to the world, your self and other people. We do not have to start with your childhood.

I have worked with many different issues including loss, identity, sexual & domestic abuse, adoption, depression, anxiety, relationships and transitions. At times, people live with uncertainty and anxiety about life; you do not have to bear it alone. Sometimes exploring your story with someone else can give you the resilience to address your predicaments.

As an existential therapists I am curious about your subjective experience and being. Our conversations will explore your story. Writing can sometimes help you find your voice - sometimes people can write before they can speak. I am also a trained journal therapist, providing structure, pacing and containment that will lead to healing, insight and growth.
