In my clinical mental health practice, my goal is to support you in cultivating more peace, connection, and joy—honoring what this means to you and your individual experience. With over 15 years in the field, I have found that when one seeks support for the things that aren't working in their life, these things tend to get better. You can improve your world—I am here to walk with you on your path. View 4 Photos I utilize Humanistic and Psychodynamic theoretical frameworks, IFS, DBT, Logotherapy, and also meditation/yoga. Through reflection, vulnerability, and compassion, my hope is that you will find comfort in honoring your inner voice and wisdom, ultimately gaining more synchronicity in your world. I will be by your side as you navigate this healing journey. Please note that my practice includes my therapy dogs, Pickles & Lulu, who are sweet, gentle, & unobtrusive—(pictured below)—however, I am currently only meeting via tele-health. Our work together will depend on your needs/preferences and I will meet you where you are, the whole way.
