Here’s what you can expect if we work together: We'll create a treatment plan that prioritizes growth and healing at a pace that is manageable for you and your nervous system. We will work to build a relationship that feels nourishing and where your needs are actually being met. This creates sustainable results and builds safety and connection. We’ll implement tools for you that provide relief in the day to day as well as the long term. We’ll start where you’re at, and I’ll never push you to talk about something you’re not ready to talk about. Safety is the priority when we're working together. The training that I have in Somatic Experiencing, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and EMDR give me many frameworks to pull from, to support both your mind and body. I find that many of my clients need a mix of somatic support, time to process and connect, and space to build skills to support their goals. We can do all of that. Clients tell me that I'm easy to talk to, and that I feel genuine and warm. My priority is creating a safe(r), authentic space where you can explore, learn, feel, and ultimately heal within. This work can be serious and profound, and we can also laugh and have fun. Creativity and imagination are welcome here. I'd love to see if we might be a good fit!
