About

I enjoy working with individuals in their teens through late 40s that may be struggling with perfectionism, feeling alone or disconnected, adverse childhood experiences (abuse, neglect, household challenges), a sense of never being enough and or emptiness, grief, loss and change, trauma, relationship problems, professional burn out, parenting, co dependency, addiction, physical symptoms such as chronic fatigue or migraines, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and ADHD. I provide clinical supervision support to mental health professionals, as well as, consultation/training services to organizations.

I have been a mental health provider for 22 + years and have advanced training in several evidenced based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, trauma focused psychotherapy, attachment based family therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy (relationships), psycho education and holistic approaches.

Recent client testimonials use the following words to describe my approach to therapy: "nurturing," "profound feedback," "insightful questions," "kind," "transformative," "compassionate," "soothing," "enriching" and "empowering."
