About

We are living in challenging times; it's not always easy to prioritize our own needs and goals, and sometimes the stresses and pressures we contend with day-to-day can lead to our well-being and happiness being compromised. A common observation you'll hear in this field is that "therapy is a gift you give yourself." I firmly believe that this is true and would love to work with you if you are feeling as though whatever struggles you might be facing are interfering with your quality of life and peace of mind.

Whether you are grappling with mental health difficulties, substance misuse, relationship issues or a sense of feeling overwhelmed by life, we will work together to determine what areas you wish to address and to help you find effective strategies to tackle these concerns and to cope with obstacles that are keeping you "stuck."

I have worked in the field since 2008. As an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I utilize a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring interventions to the individual's specific needs.
