I specialize in supporting women in their 20s-30s going through life transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to decrease worry, distress and relationship conflict, and increase confidence, insight, as well as to build and maintain new coping strategies for managing stress and unhappiness. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with parents-to-be and first-time parents, and exploring the accompanying identity shifts that happen. My approach is eclectic, primarily pulling from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a psychodynamic approach. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals from the childhood years to middle age, with recent specific training in perinatal mental health, the treatment of trauma, clinical supervision, and grief support. You can expect that our work together will focus on your strengths as well as your challenges, include practical strategies to manage your symptoms, as well as exploration of your most important and impactful relationships. I offer a free short phone consultation to discuss working together and answer any questions you might have.
