Welcome to Tides Counseling LLC. Each person has a set of strengths that makes them a unique and wonderful person. My goal is to explore and foster those qualities so that each one can face life's challenges in a healthy, productive, and meaningful way. I aim to build a safe, supportive relationship to empower each person to discover their best self, build resilience, and improve family relationships. We focus on using art, creativity, and talk to address our challenges and foster those strengths. With over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings, I draw upon a multi-modal treatment approach designed specifically to meet your unique situation and needs. In sessions together, the client and I will build a genuine relationship and use creative and formal therapeutic strategies to enrich and improve the client's life experience.
