At times, life can feel like one big transition. Right when you overcome one challenge, another always seems to pops up. It can feel overwhelming to handle it all, whether you are a stay at home mom in the throughs of toddlerhood or a homeschool mom trying to navigate health challenges for your family members or a career driven mom trying to balance it all. The one thing I’ve learned over the years is that if you aren’t taking care of yourself physically (your health), spiritually (having a faith practice), and relationally (making time for in person connections), life can feel a whole lot more challenging than it should. I’d love to support you in learning how to better care for yourself, feel more connected in your faith, and also to those in your life. In doing so, the little (or big) things in life will feel more manageable. I am accepting new clients for virtual sessions. I look forward to connecting with you!
